At the same time, we shall be worried about the death risks and other cardiovascular complications and, be attentive to bleeding risks. Tools for medical decision support which can be used in a fast and easy way in the ER scenario, make it helpful to clinicians. We came to think of that, and thus, we have created 4Calcs. It is the very first medical calculator App made to attend cases of NSTE-ACS which calculates, both at the same time and in real time, the most important risk-scores for a particular type of patient. With a single screen form the 4Calcs calculate the TIMI, GRACE, CRUSADE and estimates the glomerular filtration rate by using the Cockcroft-Gault Equation of each patient. On the back side of the main screen there is information regarding the App usage and you shall find summaries of the scores showing their variables and links to download the author’s original articles. 4Calcs, because top medicine shall be easy handling.
